Nerve block may ease pain after hysterectomy

Summary
This study tests whether a presacral nerve block can reduce pain after total laparoscopic hysterectomy. About 60 women will receive either the nerve block or a placebo (sham) injection. The main goal is to measure pain levels 3 hours after surgery using a simple 0-10 pain scale.
