Summary
This study tests a 5-month workshop series called PREP designed to help newly licensed nurses manage stress and feel more prepared for work. Researchers will measure changes in psychological well-being and work readiness in 212 nurse residents. The goal is to see if emotional preparedness training can reduce burnout and improve job readiness.
