New drug shows promise in shrinking prostate tumors before surgery

Summary
This study looks at giving the drug rezvilutamide to men with high-risk or locally advanced prostate cancer before they have surgery. The goal is to see if it can eliminate or reduce cancer cells in the removed tissue and lower the chance of the cancer coming back. About 115 participants will be followed to measure complete response, minimal residual disease, and biochemical recurrence.
