Summary
This study looks at whether giving patients personalized information before minimally invasive lung surgery helps reduce their anxiety, pain, and nausea after the operation, and improves their recovery and quality of life. 156 adults having single-port thoracoscopic surgery will either get routine education or extra, tailored teaching using videos and counseling. The goal is to see if knowing exactly what to expect makes the whole experience better.
