Summary

This study will test if a program combining supervised exercise and perineal massage during pregnancy can help prevent problems like urinary incontinence, depression, and gestational diabetes. About 2000 healthy pregnant women will be randomly assigned to either the program or usual care. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for improving outcomes for both mothers and newborns.
