Summary
This study tested whether a single 90-minute counseling session before birth helps first-time mothers feel more confident about their feeding choices and improves breastfeeding. 112 pregnant women in Iran took part. Researchers measured decision-making conflict and breastfeeding performance up to 60 days after birth.
