Summary

This study tested whether a prehabilitation program—including exercise, nutrition advice, and education—before robotic prostate surgery helps men regain quality of life more quickly. One hundred men with localized prostate cancer participated. The goal was to see if preparing the body and mind before surgery leads to a smoother recovery.
