Summary
This study tests whether a structured program before hip or knee replacement surgery—including exercise, nutrition advice, and stress support—can help people recover faster. 180 adults scheduled for surgery will either receive standard care or this personalized prehabilitation program. The goal is to see if the program is feasible and may reduce hospital stays and complications.
