Summary
This study looks at 100 women aged 18-45 with early-stage endometrial cancer who want to preserve their fertility. Researchers will use genetic testing to classify tumors into subtypes and see how each subtype responds to hormone therapy instead of hysterectomy. The goal is to learn which patients are most likely to succeed with fertility-sparing treatment and have lower recurrence risk.
