Summary
This study looks at whether a simple DNA test can help doctors choose safer and more effective medications for older adults who take five or more drugs. Researchers will check if the test results lead to changes in prescriptions and lower overall healthcare costs. About 66 participants from Geisinger clinics are taking part.
