Summary
This study aims to find out what factors help men get the best results from HoLEP surgery, a treatment for an enlarged prostate. Researchers will track 604 men aged 40 and older to see who achieves a 'trifecta' of success: symptom relief, no urine leakage, and no serious complications within three months. The goal is to better predict surgical outcomes and improve patient care.
