Summary

This study collects blood, stool, and saliva samples from 150 people with non-small cell lung cancer who are getting chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy. The goal is to find early signs of lung inflammation (pneumonitis), a common side effect. Researchers hope this will help doctors catch and treat lung problems sooner.
