This study looked at 28 people with stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer to find biological markers that can predict how well a combination of the immunotherapy drug tislelizumab and chemotherapy works before surgery. Researchers analyzed RNA from tumor samples and built a model to forecast treatment response. The goal is to help doctors choose the best treatment for each patient in the future.
