Scientists seek clues to stop diabetic foot sores before they start

NCT ID NCT07164495

Summary

This study aims to find simple, clinic-friendly measurements that can predict which people with type 2 diabetes are at risk for developing high pressure on the soles of their feet while walking. Researchers will gather data from 120 participants to identify risk factors and build a prediction model. The goal is to help prevent painful and dangerous diabetic foot ulcers in the future by identifying at-risk patients earlier.
