Summary
This study enrolls 400 adults with advanced breast, stomach, bladder, or lung cancer who are receiving a type of targeted therapy called an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). Researchers will compare tumor samples taken before and after treatment to identify genetic or molecular changes that cause resistance. The goal is to better predict which patients will benefit from ADCs and why some stop working.
