Summary

This study aims to find ways to predict which depression treatment will work best for each person. Researchers will use a special brain imaging technique called TD-fNIRS to measure brain activity in 540 adults with major depressive disorder before they start different treatments like ketamine. The goal is to identify biomarkers that can guide personalized treatment decisions, reducing trial-and-error.
