Smartwatch data could predict who gets sick after surgery

Summary
This study will enroll 210 people scheduled for colorectal cancer surgery. Researchers will collect data from wearable devices, continuous glucose monitors, and blood protein tests to see if they can better predict who will have complications after surgery. The goal is to improve risk assessment and personalize care, not to treat the disease itself.
