Summary
This study tests whether a team of specialists (Molecular Tumor Board) can help choose better treatments for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer compared to usual care. About 659 participants with stage IIb to IV lung cancer will be followed to see if expert-guided care improves survival and quality of life. The goal is to learn if personalized treatment decisions lead to better outcomes.
