Summary
This study tested whether a structured education session before lung cancer surgery helps patients recover better. One hundred patients were randomly assigned to either receive this special nurse-led education with a booklet or to get standard hospital care. Researchers then measured recovery quality, pain levels, breathing function, and shoulder movement after surgery to see if the education made a difference.
