Summary
This study looks at whether draining a blocked bile duct before surgery for pancreatic cancer changes the tumor's behavior or patient survival. Researchers will review medical records of 90 patients who had their pancreatic tumor removed over 8 years. They will compare those who had the drainage procedure with those who did not, focusing on tumor spread and lymph node involvement.
