Summary
This study tested whether taking a supplement containing green tea extract, vitamin D, and a natural sugar compound for three months before fibroid removal surgery could improve surgical results. 90 women with small to medium fibroids were divided into two groups: one took the supplement before surgery, the other did not. Researchers compared surgery time, fluid use, and how completely fibroids were removed between the groups.
