Summary
This study tested a web application called PRATICAdr 2.0 to help healthcare workers on sick leave due to common mental disorders like depression and anxiety return to work. About 80 employees from large health organizations took part, with half using the app plus a return-to-work coordinator and half getting usual support. The goal was to see if the app reduces sick leave days and prevents relapse.
