Summary
This study looks at whether pranayama (a type of controlled breathing) can help people with fibromyalgia feel less pain, worry less, and sleep better. About 54 adults with fibromyalgia will practice these breathing exercises as part of their care. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost method can improve their quality of life.
