First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called PPM for people with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer that has come back or not responded to standard care. PPM uses tiny particles coated with a targeting molecule to deliver a chemotherapy drug directly to cancer cells in the bladder. The study will enroll 12 participants to check safety and see if the treatment shrinks tumors.
