Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called REGN7544 in 82 adults with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). The goal is to see if a single dose can safely reduce the abnormal heart rate increase that happens when standing up. Researchers will also monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
