Summary
This study compares the Gokhale Method (a posture therapy) with standard physical therapy for people with chronic lower back pain. About 100 adults aged 18-65 with moderate to severe pain will participate. Researchers want to see which approach reduces pain and improves daily function, and if an online version of the Gokhale Method is easy to use.
