Posture power: simple exercises may boost mobility in older women
NCT ID NCT07632495
First seen Jun 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether a special exercise program that teaches good posture can improve how well older women move, reduce muscle pain, and improve their quality of life. About 80 women aged 50 to 82 will take part. Some will do the posture-focused exercises, while others will do regular exercises without the posture training. The goal is to see if adding posture awareness makes a real difference.
