New postural method may beat massage for stroke shoulder pain

Summary
This study tests whether a new postural decoding technique can reduce shoulder pain and improve movement in 48 stroke survivors. Participants receive either the new technique or traditional massage for 4 weeks. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to ease pain and help daily activities.
