Summary
This study tested a program to help women with pregnancy-related high blood pressure manage their condition after giving birth. The program included home blood pressure monitoring, app-based reporting, and help from a care navigator. 343 women took part, and the goal was to see if this approach improved blood pressure tracking and control in the weeks after delivery.
