New study aims to spot kidney trouble in kids after surgery

Summary
This study is observing 2,000 children (0-16 years old) from hospitals around the world to see how often kidney injury happens after non-heart surgery. Researchers will track kidney function with blood and urine tests to find early warning signs. The goal is to better understand risks and improve prevention, not to test a new treatment.
