Heart surgery confusion: major study seeks answers

Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients become confused after heart surgery and how that confusion affects their long-term health. Researchers will follow 1500 patients to collect detailed information before, during, and after their operations. The goal is to identify risk factors and improve future care, but this study itself does not test a new treatment.
