Brain scans before surgery could predict delirium in seniors

Summary
This study looks at how brain activity before major surgery might predict delirium afterward. Researchers will monitor 468 older adults (ages 60+) using EEG and blood tests. The goal is to find early warning signs and better understand why some people get confused after surgery.
