Summary
This study aims to find the best drug treatment to prevent cancer from returning after stomach cancer surgery. It will compare two different drug combinations in 500 patients who already had chemotherapy and immunotherapy before their surgery and had no visible cancer left after the operation. The goal is to see which treatment keeps patients cancer-free longer and has fewer side effects.
