Summary

This study looks at how different sleep-wake patterns (called circadian rhythms) affect breathing strength, physical activity, and eating habits in people with Post-COVID syndrome. Researchers will study 50 adults aged 18-65 who have been diagnosed with long COVID. The goal is to learn how body clock differences might help create personalized recovery plans.
