Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-week exercise program can help women who had a C-section recover faster. It focuses on closing the gap in abdominal muscles, improving blood flow in the pelvis, and boosting sexual health. About 120 first-time mothers will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or standard care. Results will be measured with ultrasound and a questionnaire.
