NCT ID NCT01229384
First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study aimed to see if giving breathing medicine through a mask that uses pressure (positive pressure nebulization) works better than a standard mask to keep infants with bronchiolitis out of the hospital. The trial planned to include infants aged 2 to 24 months with moderate to severe bronchiolitis. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
