Summary
This study looks at how well a positive parenting program called PriCARE works for foster caregivers. The program teaches ways to build strong, caring relationships with children. Researchers want to see if it helps reduce harsh parenting and increase empathy. About 60 foster parents of children ages 1.5 to 6 years are taking part.
