NCT ID NCT07587970
First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026
Summary
This study compares three resting positions after painless stomach and colon exams to see which best prevents low oxygen levels. About 1,600 adults will be randomly placed in a side-lying, side-lying with head up, or back-lying with head up position during recovery. The goal is to find a simple, no-cost way to improve safety after these common procedures.
