First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the experimental drug S-606001 to standard enzyme replacement therapy can help adults with late-onset Pompe disease breathe better and walk farther. About 45 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor safety and lung function over 52 weeks. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the disease.
