Summary
This study tested a combination of three drugs (pomalidomide, cyclophosphamide, and dexamethasone) in 100 adults with multiple myeloma whose cancer returned after initial treatment. Participants had previously received standard therapies including bortezomib and lenalidomide. The goal was to see how many patients achieved at least a partial response after four cycles. The treatment is intended to control the disease long-term, not cure it.
