NCT ID NCT07182370

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at how the gut microbiome and its viruses influence the way menopausal women process polyphenols—natural compounds found in plants. Researchers will give 90 women a polyphenol-rich supplement and measure changes in blood markers, gut bacteria, and quality of life. The goal is to create personalized nutrition plans that reduce heart disease risk and ease menopause symptoms.
