Summary
This study tests the safety and effectiveness of a new hip resurfacing system called Polymotion in 238 adults with hip arthritis or mild hip dysplasia. Participants receive the new device and are compared to a group who had standard total hip replacement. The goal is to see if the new system provides similar pain relief, movement, and safety without needing a full hip replacement.
