Summary
This study aims to find the best way to give polio vaccines to infants. Researchers will test different combinations of two types of polio shots and compare injections given into the muscle versus under the skin. The study will enroll 480 healthy 2-month-old babies to see which approach produces the strongest immune protection with the fewest side effects.
