First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests a three-drug combination (polatuzumab vedotin, rituximab, and chidamide) in elderly patients (70+ or frail 60-69) with a specific type of aggressive lymphoma called double-expressor DLBCL. The goal is to find a safe and effective treatment that controls the disease without the harsh side effects of standard chemotherapy. About 68 participants will receive the combination, and researchers will monitor tumor response and side effects.
