This study compares two treatments—special exercises called PNF and music therapy—to see which helps children with ataxic cerebral palsy improve balance, coordination, and daily movement. About 29 children aged 6 to 18 will take part. Both groups also receive standard physical therapy. The goal is to find which approach works best for reducing falls and improving motor skills.
