This study looks at whether giving a pneumococcal vaccine (PCV13) before and after CAR T-cell therapy can improve the body's ability to fight off pneumococcus bacteria. It involves 26 adults with certain types of lymphoma who are scheduled for CAR T-cell treatment. The main goal is to see if the vaccine helps create a stronger immune response by day 90 after therapy.
