Summary
This study looked at whether adding plyometric (jump) training to regular taekwondo practice improves balance, joint awareness, and explosive strength in healthy athletes aged 15–18. Twenty teens from Konya, Turkey, took part; half did extra jump drills three times a week for eight weeks. The researchers measured balance, knee position sense, and jump performance before and after the program.
