Summary
This study compares two therapies—play-based and neurodevelopmental—to see which better improves fine motor skills in 30 children aged 8-12 with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. Children will do either playful activities like puzzles and crafts or structured exercises like resistance bands for 3 weeks. The goal is to find a more engaging way to help kids gain hand control and independence.
