Summary
This study tested a special play program called TOTEM for children aged 4 to 6 who lived through the earthquake in Kahramanmaraş. The goal was to see if playing in a structured way could help lower their anxiety and improve their overall emotional health. 53 children took part, and researchers measured their well-being using parent surveys about anxiety, sleep, and behavior.
