Summary
This study tested whether applying two natural substances made from a patient's own blood (platelet-rich plasma and concentrated growth factor) to the extraction site after wisdom tooth removal could reduce pain, swelling, and the risk of dry socket. 42 healthy adults with impacted wisdom teeth participated. The goal was to see if these treatments improve healing compared to standard care.
